Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. For shipments sent outside of the Continental U.S., shipping fees associated with making these returns are the responsibility of the customer. After you’ve made your claim, we’ll send you an email with instructions to print return labels. Then, simply affix the label to the package and drop it in a collection box, give it to a letter carrier, or bring it to any Post Office™ location.

Please remember to include the order number or receipt in the box with instructions specifying what to do.
Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
*Please note that UK and Canada orders are refunded in US dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically.
